Architectural Approval Forms

Changing something on your property?

Attached are several forms related to complying with the Architectural Guidelines of the Hollows Association.

1) Architectural Approval Form: See below for how to request permission to change anything related to the exterior of your home. Please submit your request with enough time prior to the start of your project.  


2) Annual Architectural Review Report Form: Each year, the Architectural Committee surveys all of the homes in the Hollows. If there is anything that needs your attention, you will receive information about needed corrections on this form. 

3) Non-Compliance Report to Homeowners: Communication to homeowners who have not rectified items needing correction.

4) Resolution for Architectural Rule Violations: HOA Board Policy that identifies the HOA process for addressing continued non-compliance and timelines for assessment of fines.
