Board Committees for the Hollows at Loch Lea
Board Committees were developed to aid the Board in its role as a fiduciary entity to more fully protect the residents of the Hollows' HOA. It would be proper for each of these committees to have three to five members with one person being a Board member who acts as the Chair and liaison to the Board. The Board member will be chosen and approved during the Board organizational meeting. All nominees for committee membership will be reviewed by the Board for appointments. The committees will have no authority to commit the HOA to any contractual or financial obligations.
